Every part of our body needs equal importance. All external or internal organs are controlled by the brain. The commands or information coming from the brain are transmitted throughout the body through the nerve endings stored in the spinal cord. The neck is an important means of connecting the body with the brain. So the health of the whole body depends a lot on the health of the neck muscles and bones. Lack of exercise, bone loss, lack of calcium, sleeping on a high or low pillow can cause various problems like neck pain or tension. There are a number of simple exercises that can be done in a short time every day for the healing of neck muscles and cervical vertebrae, which include the subtle exercises of yoga. This habit can easily get rid of the problem of neck pain.
How to do it? (how to cure neck pain fast)
1. Sit with your head and spine straight. Tilt your head back as much as you can while inhaling. Hold your breath for 5-10 seconds, exhale again and return to normal.
2. Exhale and try to press the chin to the chest with the head tilted forward. Don't hold your breath. Return to normal breathing for 5-10 seconds.
3. Exhale, tilt the head to the right, try to place the right ear with the right shoulder (although not fully attached), do not inhale. In this way, take a breath for 5-10 seconds and return to normal, do the same on the left side. Set these processes to 3-rest.
4. Press the leaf of the right hand over the ear on the right side with the other hand over the head and create pressure towards the hand with the head. 6. Now hang the fingers of each hand. .With both hands clasped behind the head, apply pressure to the head and apply the opposite to the head. This time too there will be tremors. Release the pressure in this way for 5-10 seconds. After completing all the procedures, take 5 minutes to rest.
Special caution:(neck pain relief exercises)
1. If you suffer from spinal diseases like spondylitis, spondylolisthesis, cervical spondylolisthesis, do the exercises with the advice of a doctor.
2. In case of disease, do not bend the head with too much pressure towards the front or back.
3. Apply an adequate amount of sunlight to the body so that vitamin D is not deficient. Vitamin D deficiency does not make up for the body's calcium deficiency. Lack of vitamin D and calcium can lead to various serious diseases.
4. Practice applying sunlight to the body along with regular exercise. Make sure you take care of the six components of your daily diet: carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, minerals, and water. Only a moderate diet and regular exercise can lead to a healthy, normal, and happy life.
